Francisco Melo joined the firm in May 2013.
He is a member of the Tax, Data Protection and Immigration teams.
Before joining the Firm, he worked as senior tax consultant in the Corporate Tax teams of PwC Portugal and KPMG.

Curricular part of the Executive Master in Tax Management from the ISCTE Business School – INDEG Graduate (2009).
Master Degree in Tax Law from the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University of Porto (2017).
Intensive Course in Data Protection, co-organised by the Law School of the University of Minho and by CEJUR – Minho Juridical Studies Centre (2018).

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2010).
Arbitrator at CAAD – Centre for Administrative Arbitration on tax matters, since 2017.
